Matthew was born in Texas but only lived there for the first 8 months of his life. He grew up in Mesa and stayed there until he was 20. After a few apartment adventures, he bought his first house in Queen Creek at 24. A few years later, he married his wife, and they decided this was the perfect place to raise a family.

Matthew has been in the plumbing industry for about 10 years. His goal at work is simple: get the job done right, keep things clean, and make sure every customer is happy with the work that he does.

I am an Arizona native! I started my plumbing career at the age of 18 and have proudly been serving homeowners throughout the Valley for over 16 years. I've always enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems, which is what drew me to the plumbing trade. Every day brings a new challenge, and I take pride in providing honest, quality workmanship that homeowners can count on.

I'm married and the proud father of four amazing kids who keep life busy and fun. When I'm not on the job, you'll usually find me camping, hunting, fishing, or riding anything with wheels and an engine. I love spending time outdoors with my family and making the most of Arizona's beautiful weather. One of my favorite parts of being a service plumber is building relationships with customers and being there to help when they need it most.

Born and raised in Texas, Kaylen brings about seven years of plumbing experience and a genuine passion for helping people to his role as a plumbing service technician. He enjoys stepping into difficult situations, bringing order to the chaos, and finding not only what went wrong, but why. For him, the job isn't just about fixing what's broken—it's about restoring peace of mind and leaving customers with smiles on their faces.

After moving to the Phoenix area to be closer to family, Kaylen enjoys spending his time away from work with his wife and family, whether they're hiking, fishing, working on a woodworking project, playing music, or dreaming up his next guitar or bass design. He's a craftsman at heart, a problem-solver by nature, and always curious about how things work.

Josh is a proud member of the Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team and takes great pride in delivering exceptional service to every customer he meets. Known for his clean, detailed workmanship and commitment to quality, Josh believes that every installation and repair should be completed with precision and care. His eye for detail has earned him the nickname 'Pablo Picasso' because he approaches every job like a true craftsman.

Josh's personal philosophy is simple: treat every home as if his grandma lived there—with the utmost care, respect, and attention to detail. That mindset, combined with his strong work ethic and dedication to excellence, makes him a trusted technician and an invaluable part of the family.

Ashlynn is a key part of the Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team, handling HR, accounting, and many of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the company running smoothly. She has been married to her husband, Spencer (owner of Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment), for nearly 12 years and plays an essential role in supporting both the business and the team.

In her role, Ashlynn manages the background details that allow day-to-day operations to function efficiently. Outside of work, Ashlynn enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. Her goal is to help things run smoothly wherever she's needed, ensuring consistent care and support.

Born and raised in Arizona, Erica is a proud Queen Creek resident who understands the importance of strong community connections. She brings a steady, organized, and positive presence to the office and truly cares about taking excellent care of every customer. Outside of work, Erica is a busy mom to two teenage boys and three dogs. When she's not managing operations, her favorite hobbies include drinking coffee and tackling endless loads of laundry.

Erica serves as Operations Manager, keeping daily operations running smoothly—from answering calls and supporting customers to managing the logistics that keep technicians on track.
